Referral Program
Earn commission by referring other Shopify store owners to Adsgun. Every store that installs Adsgun through your referral code earns you a commission, and the more stores you refer, the higher your ongoing commission rate becomes.
1 How it works

Share your referral code
Give your unique referral code to other Shopify store owners. You can share it anywhere – directly, in a message, on social media, or in content you create.

They get an extended free trial
When a store owner installs Adsgun and enters your code on the billing page, they receive a 14-day free trial instead of the standard 7 days.

You earn commission
You earn 50% of Adsgun’s revenue from each referred store during their first month. After that, you continue earning an ongoing commission based on your current tier (10%, 15%, or 20%).

Claim your credits
Earnings are applied as credits to your Shopify bill after each payout cycle, effectively reducing what you pay for Adsgun each month.
2 Your referral code
Your referral code is shown at the top of the Referral Program page under Share your referral code. It is unique to your store and generated automatically by Adsgun.
Click Copy to copy the code to your clipboard. Share it directly with store owners you want to refer. When they install Adsgun and enter the code on the billing page, the referral is registered and they receive the extended 14-day trial.
3 Commission structure
Adsgun pays out commission in two phases for each referred store:
First month: 50% commission
For the first month a referred store is paying for Adsgun, you earn 50% of whatever Adsgun collects from them. This applies to all referred stores regardless of your current tier.
Ongoing: 10% to 20% commission
From the second month onwards, you earn an ongoing commission based on your current tier. The rate ranges from 10% at Tier 1 up to 20% at Tier 3. As you refer more stores and move up tiers, the ongoing rate increases for all your active referrals, not just new ones.
4 Commission tiers
Your ongoing commission rate is determined by how many active referrals you have at any given time. There are three tiers:

| Tier 3 | 16 or more active referrals | 20% |
Your current tier and progress toward the next one are shown on the Referral Program page under Your Tier, including a progress bar showing how many more referrals you need to reach the next tier.
5 Earnings & claiming
Your earnings are tracked in real time on the Referral Program page under Earnings Summary. There are two values shown:
- Total Earned: the cumulative amount you have earned across all referrals since joining the program.
- Available to Claim: the amount currently ready to be applied to your Shopify bill.
Credits are applied to your Shopify bill automatically after each payout cycle. This means your Adsgun subscription cost is reduced by the amount of credits you have available, lowering or in some cases fully covering your monthly bill.
6 Tracking your referrals
The Your Referrals section on the Referral Program page shows a list of all stores that have signed up using your referral code, along with their status and contribution to your commission earnings.
When you are just starting out the list will show “No referrals yet” with a prompt to start sharing your code. Once referrals come in, each one will appear here so you can track who is active and how your tier progress is going.
